Data Engineer - Advanced Analytics Madrid Capgemini is looking for a Data Engineer / Azure Data Engineer to join its Data & AI team and help global organizations discover the value of technology. Responsibilities Expand and optimize data architectures and pipelines across functional teams. Design and develop projects from scratch with cross‑functional collaboration. Participate in the design of architectures and decision‑making in a constructive environment. Build scalable data pipelines using different technologies. Qualifications Proven experience with Azure products: Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks. Strong SQL and T‑SQL skills. Hands‑on experience in the full data lifecycle: preparation, management, model deployment, and unit testing. Effective communication skills for interacting with data architects and the team. Fluency in English (oral and written). Proactive, responsible, good time‑management and teamwork. Background in BI (5 years) and at least 2 years with PySpark and Python. Experience with Azure Synapse, Parquet (Delta) and the Medallion architecture. Desirable: Azure DevOps and YAML Pipelines. Docker, OpenShift and PowerBI (plus).
