Job Title Customer Success Consultant Job Description As a Customer Success Consultant at Sage, you'll be at the heart of our mission to help customers get the very best from their products. Goals for this role In this role, you'll work through a structured, multi-channel contact strategy alongside our Customer Success Programme to help customers get the most value from the products and services they've chosen. First 90 Days In your first 30 days, you'll be fully integrated into the team and get a thorough understanding of the role by listening in on calls with your colleagues. By 60 days, you'll start taking calls and managing bookings, progressing to managing and delivering a full day's diary as you settle into the position. I can also make it even more engaging and candidate-friendly, if you want it to read like a "welcome journey" rather than a formal plan. Do you want me to do that? Key Responsibilities • Create value for customers by defining the desired business outcomes and then building a • Customer Success Plan with the appropriately identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks and metrics needed to achieve them. • Drive product and service adoption, using customer data to proactively reduce churn. • Gain an understanding of clients' pain points and deliver responsive solutions and support.
