Agile Lead – Hybrid (Leeds, 3 days per week) Salary: Upto £68,000 plus 8% bonus and benefits A global organisation is looking for an Agile Lead to join their growing Platform and Product function, helping shape delivery practices and uplift Agile maturity across cross-functional teams. This role suits someone passionate about improving how teams work, not just running ceremonies, and who enjoys driving outcomes in complex environments. The Role You’ll be embedded within delivery teams, working hands-on to help them plan, execute, and deliver value more efficiently. The focus isn’t on textbook Agile or strict Scrum but on pragmatic delivery, continuous improvement, and instilling the right mindset. You’ll help refine ways of working, embed OKRs, align delivery with business goals, and support the adoption of Agile and DevOps practices.
