Childcare Early Childhood Teacher | Kyneton Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our Kyneton team in planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, that inspire young minds and contributes to the growth and development of all children within the kindergarten age group. About The Role This is a full-time opportunity across Monday to Friday. As the Early Childhood Teacher, your primary focus will be to provide a safe and stimulating environment which meets the social, cultural, emotional, educational and physical needs of the children. You will be responsible for the creation and execution of our educational programs that support the overall wellbeing, growth, and education of young children. Key Responsibilities Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all timesCreate, develop and implement high quality and engaging educational programsFacilitate play-based learning environments that are responsive to children’s interest, strengths, and abilitiesObserving and documenting children's progress and developmentFostering positive relationships with children, families and the communityDevelop and participate in a variety of community projects and initiativesBe part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment About You You are an enthusiastic and inspired Early Childhood Teacher with a passion to lead the development of high-quality, age-appropriate programs and engaging daily routines that foster a love of learning in young children. You will play a key role in shaping educational experiences, nurturing strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and fellow educators.
