IT Talent Acquisition

A major Spanish multinational in Technology Services is looking for an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team in Mexico. Responsibilities: End-to-end management of national and international recruitment processes. (LATAM) Posting job openings and promoting them across job boards and social media. CV screening and direct search (headhunting). Conducting technical and competency-based interviews. Preparing candidate reports, conducting reference checks, and performing market research. Negotiating employment conditions and providing support throughout the offer and onboarding stages. Collaborating on assessment programs for the onboarding and development of internal talent. Supporting employer branding initiatives and contributing to the continuous improvement of the candidate experience. What are we looking for? We work in a dynamic, fast-changing industry, so we need someone who: Is highly proactive and able to manage multiple positions simultaneously. Is an excellent team player. Ideally has at least 3 years of experience in IT recruiting, either in an agency or in-house. Has outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Has an advanced level of English.
