We're seeking a motivated and skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting high-quality products using a variety of manufacturing equipment. What You'll Do: Operate a variety of production machinery, including winders, ovens, and kneaders, following detailed specifications and blueprints. Produce products that consistently meet our high standards for quality and precision. Utilize precision measuring tools to ensure that finished parts meet our exact requirements. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with your team members to achieve production goals and contribute to a positive work environment. What You'll Need: Teamwork: You enjoy working collaboratively and have excellent communication skills. Attention to Detail: You're a stickler for accuracy and take pride in producing quality work. Mechanical Aptitude: You're comfortable working with machinery and have a knack for understanding technical instructions. Safety-Conscious: You prioritize safety and follow established protocols. Education: High school diploma or equivalent. An associate degree or completion of an apprenticeship program is a plus! Experience: At least 2 (two) year of related experience or equivalent on-the-job training. Physical Requirements: This role requires standing for extended periods, using hand tools, and performing repetitive movements like bending and stooping. Ability to work in a hot / cold environment You'll need to be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
