Income Maximisation Assistant

I am working with a Glasgow based Housing Association to recruit a proactive and organised Income Maximisation Assistant . You'll play a key role in supporting tenants, maximising rental income, and working closely with partner agencies to make a positive impact in the community. The role is required for a minimum of 6 months, with possible extension after this period. Essential requirements: Excellent communication skills, with a customer-focused approach Strong IT and numeracy skills, including Microsoft Office Experience of using databases/internal systems Knowledge of welfare benefits (Housing Benefit & Universal Credit) Experience in debt recovery, setting up repayment agreements, and financial record keeping Ability to meet deadlines, work on your own initiative and as part of a team A flexible, confidential, and ethical approach Relevant qualification or equivalent experience Location: Glasgow - Hybrid (1/2 days per week at home) ⏰ Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term 6 months (scope for extension) Salary: EVH Grade 5 - 30'250- 33'617.
