Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for a London-based Creative Strategist who is deeply immersed in social media culture. Someone who knows the latest trends, creators, formats, memes, and platform behaviours — not because it’s your job, but because you genuinely love the internet. If you believe social media can shape conversation, build brands, shift perceptions, and drive business outcomes — this role is for you. This role works closely with cross-functional teams across strategy, creative, and account management. You’ll help translate cultural insights into strategic direction and real ideas that live across social platforms and communities. What You’ll Do Develop strategic solutions across brand, social, content, and influencer strategy. Identify cultural, audience and platform insights through research, social listening, trend analysis, and community activity. Shape briefs, messaging frameworks, audience definitions, and creative territories for campaigns. Support and collaborate with creative teams by providing clear strategic direction rooted in cultural context. Craft content calendars, trend-driven content opportunities, caption frameworks, influencer POVs, and platform recommendations. Monitor social conversations and community feedback to surface strategic optimisations and real-time opportunities. Present strategic thinking in an articulate, compelling story format supported by clear logic and insights. Build strong relationships with teams and clients to advocate for a customer-first approach. What You Bring A strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, creators, communities, and cultural trends. Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data to uncover meaningful insights. Comfortable crafting decks and storytelling through presentations that influence and inspire. Experience in social listening, trend analysis, or audience insights tools (preferred). A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with creative teams.
