You have: Experience leading risk and continuity in regulated or complex settings Confidence presenting at board level and influencing senior leaders A qualification in risk or continuity, or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of consumer standards, health and safety and compliance Skills to guide, challenge and support without direct line management Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves. The practical bits: You’ll work Monday to Friday and manage your own diary We typically work on a hybrid basis with 2 days per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne head office, with the rest from home.
