We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Science teacher with the confidence to teach 7-10 Science and stage 6 Biology and/or Chemistry. This is a permanent full-time position commencing at the start of Term 1, 2026. The ideal candidate must: Appropriate teaching qualifications and accreditation in NSW Ability to teach year 7-10 Science, and either Stage 6 Biology or Chemistry Ability to cater to different learning abilities, including EAL/D Evidence of innovative classroom practices A high standard of competency and proficiency as a classroom teacher Excellent knowledge and understanding of the integration of technology in the delivery of learning An understanding of how students learn, effective classroom teaching strategies and the capacity to work with colleagues to continually improve teaching and learning Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, critical analysis and problem solving skills Ability to priorities and work as part of a team Essential Criteria: A tertiary qualification in Education. A strong commitment to the Christian ethos and values of the school. A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
