Job Description

Purpose of the Role: CASETiFY is a leading global lifestyle brand known for customisable tech accessories, trend-setting designs, and protecting what matters most. As the community hub for creativity and self-expression, we’re passionate about bringing bold ideas to life. CASETiFY is looking for a Brand Representative who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and is ready to hit the ground running. As the face of our brand, you’ll be on the front line delivering an exceptional in-store experience, building connections with customers, and showcasing the creativity that defines us. What you’ll be doing: Be the go-to person for customers — from friendly chats to product demos that wow. Turn browsers into buyers by hitting sales goals and celebrating team wins. Keep things running smooth — process sales with ease and know your products inside out. Make the store shine with eye-catching displays and a clean, organised vibe. Stay on top of stock — help with deliveries, restocks, and keeping shelves full. Solve problems with a smile — whether it’s questions, returns, or special requests. What we're looking for: At least 1 year retail experience. Confident communicator with strong English skills. Flexible with shifts and availability to support all stores within a state. Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer tools. Customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities. Team player who collaborates and supports others. Keen eye for creating authentic, on-brand content tailored for social media.
