We’re looking for a talented and driven Social Media & Content Creator to take the reins on our content strategy, bringing our brand to life across all platforms, growing awareness, and generating leads that convert into loyal studio members. This role is for someone who gets social media, lives creativity, and thrives on storytelling that connects, educates, and inspires. What You’ll Be Doing Own the 4ME Pilates social channels: Plan, shoot, edit, and post engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and more. Create short-form video content that captures the 4ME brand: energetic, empowering, and authentic. Showcase our difference: High-energy classes, science-based movement, graded class levels, and our empowering community. Generate leads through content: Drive trial bookings and conversions from our “Foundation Series” and membership offers. Manage and engage our online communities: Respond to comments and messages in a warm, professional tone that reflects our brand. Proactively engage with followers, local businesses, and partner brands to build authentic relationships. Monitor community sentiment, identify opportunities for engagement, and share insights with the team. Work directly with our Founder: Plan monthly content calendars and creative campaigns. Capture behind-the-scenes moments: From studios, challenges, community events, and new launches, we want to capture it all. Develop creative carousels, visuals, and ads: For both organic and paid campaigns. Use AI tools and analytics: Ideate, enhance, and optimise content for engagement and conversion. Attend classes, challenges, and events: Capture what makes 4ME Pilates special, authentically. Balance strategy and execution: From high-level creative ideas to hands-on editing and publishing. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have 2 years’ experience creating short-form video content for brands (bonus if in health, wellness, or lifestyle). Can film, edit, and produce content that feels premium, natural, and on-brand . Understand how to use storytelling to educate, inspire, and convert followers into clients. Have experience building and managing online communities , responding to messages, and nurturing relationships that strengthen brand loyalty. Possess a strong understanding of Instagram Reels and TikTok trends , with the ability to adapt them to fit the brand’s tone. Are confident with lighting, framing, and directing talent (instructors, clients, founders). Are proficient in editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut, etc.) and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Runway to enhance your work. Thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment and can balance multiple projects. Care deeply about helping others feel confident, strong, and empowered through movement.
