About the Programme:Starting March 2026, our 2.5-year Graduate Programme gives you hands-on experience across the entire Vulcan business. During your rotations, you will:Drive and support distribution and logistics operations to deliver steel products across New Zealand and AustraliaGain practical experience in processing and manufacturingWork with internal sales teams on customer quoting, order management, and service deliveryWork alongside external sales representatives to understand client engagement, build strong relationships, and manage your own customer portfolioContribute to operational improvements, health & safety initiatives, and efficiency projects This programme is designed to set you up for a leadership career at Vulcan by giving you the chance to learn, grow, and lead. On completion, you'll step into a permanent role within our business. Requirements We want motivated graduates who are eager to get hands-on and learn every aspect of our business. You'll ideally have: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or LogisticsCompletion of undergraduate study within the last 2 years (2024-2025)Must be based in Sydney for the duration of the programmeAustralian citizenship or permanent residencyDemonstrated leadership and teamwork potential, with initiative to take on challengesA proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn in a hands-on operational environmentInterest in the metals, logistics, or industrial sectorFull driver's licence As health & safety is important to us, successful candidates will complete a pre-employment medical and drug screen.
