About the role We are on the lookout for a recent or upcoming Engineering Graduate to join our Western Australia Keller family as part of our 2-year Graduate Program. This unique opportunity gives Graduates hands on experience across all aspects of our organisation and equips you with real life skills to kick start your career in engineering. The best part? At the end of the programme, permanent positions are considered as part of the Keller Engineering Team! What does the program entail? 2-year rotational training across vital functions within our business – from Construction and Design through to Commercial, Finance and HSEQ Mentoring with Chartered Engineers within our business, gaining firsthand knowledge from industry experts 3 months out of area experience, learn from other leaders and other techniques in other states within Australia Membership with Engineers Australia as part of their Graduate Program Experience in assisting on major projects throughout Australia What will make you a good fit for our team? You are a recent Graduate (you MUST have graduated within the last 2 years) in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering You have less than 2 years' work experience in the related field You have a passion for the industry and looking to get firsthand exposure to all aspects of an organisation You are willing to travel , our graduate program will allow you to visit our various offices and projects sites across Australia, giving you valuable hands-on experience and firsthand knowledge from our expert team You can commit and work 2 years full time employment within the program and have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia Why work with us Our culture - We are a diverse and inclusive organisation where differences are valued.
