The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Executive Assistant (internally titled Management Executive) to join and support our Global Chief Operating Officer (COO) in our Perth office, on a full time, permanent basis. This role requires a confident, experienced professional who will manage complex diary commitments and international travel coordination as a priority, while also delivering seamless support to the COO's Australian-based leadership team, including the Executive Director - Finance Operations (Brisbane), Director - Risk & Compliance (Sydney), Director - Strategic Projects (remote, South Western Australia), and the Perth-based Executive Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high level and proactive business support on duties such as (but not limited to): Complex diary management and meeting coordination across multiple time zones International travel arrangements Expense and invoice management Document and presentation preparation Information management and email support A job description, including a full breakdown of responsibilities, can be found either below or at the bottom of our Ashurst careers page advertisement: https://www.ashurst.com/en/careers/ We are interested in hearing from people who have: Experience supporting senior executives, particularly in managing complex diary and international travel arrangements. Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing demands under tight deadlines. Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of drafting correspondence and assisting with presentations quickly and accurately. Confident interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of an organisation. High degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently while being a supportive, flexible team player who takes direction and adapts to change. Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
