About Your Role Support the Coordinator in leading daily operations and step into the role when required. Assist with ensuring compliance and high-quality care aligned with NQS and MTOP. Help mentor and support educators to achieve strong learning outcomes. Build and maintain positive relationships with families, the community, and external partners. About You: A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved). Current Blue Card, with up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training. Experience in long day care, with confidence working across multiple age groups. Sound knowledge of the EYLF, Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines, NQF, and relevant legislation. A child-centred approach, viewing children as capable learners, and a strong understanding of contemporary early childhood practices. A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
