We are looking for a motivated and high-performing intern to join our progressive and supportive People and Culture team at ABI Interiors’ Carrara HQ. This is an unpaid internship, offering valuable hands-on experience and opportunities to develop your skills. This is more than an internship — it’s your opportunity to contribute, learn, and grow where people are at the heart of everything we do. As our People and Culture (PAC) Intern, you will be immersed in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development, employee engagement, and HR operations. You’ll support day-to-day PAC activities while taking ownership of projects that make a real difference, including digital document management, data quality, and process improvements. What You Will Be Doing Work closely with the PAC team on recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Support training, learning, and development programs that shape our people’s growth. Contribute to HRIS systems and data projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Add value through projects like organising PAC resources, auditing HR documents, and improving digital workflows. Gain exposure to progressive PAC strategy, employee experience, and change management. About You A proactive student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. Detail-oriented, with an eagerness to learn and take initiative. Strong organisational and communication skills, with the confidence to contribute ideas. A team player who is curious, adaptable, and committed to excellence. Understands the importance of confidentiality and privacy.
