Our work typically takes place within an hour of our office in Mornington. To support our team, our operations manager carefully plans job locations and start times, considering where each team member lives. This allows us to balance efficiency and minimise travel time while maintaining a strong focus on work-life balance. What We Require From You - A Grade Electrical License - Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills - Willingness to contribute to ideas and company direction - Ability to give and receive constructive feedback - Police Check - Full driver's license What We Would Love To See (But Not Required) - Experience in the solar industry - Experience in working as part of a team - Examples of work you are proud of - 4 years experience as an A Grade electrician If you're ready to take your career to the next level with a company that values your growth and well-being, apply now!
