The Administration Officer is responsible for maintaining day to day activity of administrative in both English and Japanese. It is great opportunity to gain office experience in Australia. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: Administration tasks for to help ensure smooth and efficient operation of the daily business Answer enquiries by email or by phone in English and Japanese Liaise with internal departments in English Contact candidates to gather various documents Set up interviews and send email confirmation Entering data into system Performing a variety of general support tasks ?
