Job description: -Assess the current organisational processes and procedures to pinpoint any inefficiencies or areas requiring improvement. Collect data through interviews, observations, and reviews of relevant documents. -Facilitate group meetings of workers at CAF sites in VIC, TAS and WA, or other states as directed, in collaboration with officials from United Workers Union. -Record the present processes and workflows for certifications and audits comprehensively. Generate detailed process maps, flowcharts, and written reports. Develop documentation that clearly delineates procedures and guidelines. -Identify and gather sufficient detail on workplace issues in relation to CAF Audit Standards in consultation with officials from United Workers Union and the workplace leaders. -Liaise with workplace leaders and United Workers Union to investigate potential labour rights violations. -Propose recommendations for enhancing process efficiency to reduce worker exploitation. -Provide guidance on implementing new methods or technologies to improve overall effectiveness. -Establish close collaboration with various departments to comprehend their needs and challenges. Engage with both management and staff to facilitate the implementation of changes. -Create training programs to assist staff in adapting to new processes. Conduct informative training sessions for employees to familiarise them with updated procedures. -Apply data analysis techniques to identify trends and areas for improvement within worker exploitation assessment and auditing processes. -Offer insights and recommendations derived from the analysis of data. -Guarantee that implemented changes adhere to quality standards. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of new processes. -Engage with stakeholders at different levels to collect input and feedback. Deliver findings and recommendations to both management and relevant teams. -Work closely with United Workers Union officials and workplace leaders to monitor ongoing compliance with the CAF Standard. -Assess and propose the adoption of technology to streamline worker exploitation assessment and auditing. Execute and integrate new technologies to improve overall efficiency and ensure organisation objectives are being met. Qualifications/Attributes: -Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Business or a relevant field, or at least 5 years relevant experience in lieu of the qualification. -Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience. -Must have excellent project management skills. -Must have excellent organisational and communication skills. Salary Range: $ 80,000 - $ 100,000 p.a. before superannuation
