Early Years (0–6) Teacher and Site Coordinator The Baby College in Monza, an integral part of the Rootes School educational project, is seeking a qualified and motivated professional to join our team dedicated to early childhood education (ages 0–6). The Role The selected candidate will take on the role of Nursery Teacher with expertise covering the 0–6 age range, while also serving as Site Coordinator. Responsibilities In collaboration with the Academic Coordinator, the person will be responsible for: Ensuring the educational, organizational, and relational quality of the school; Contributing to the creation of a stimulating, inclusive, and bilingual learning environment; Promoting the well‑being and holistic development of children, in line with the pedagogical values of the Rootes project.
