What Youll Do As our Sales Coordinator, youll be the backbone of our Sales team keeping processes running smoothly, supporting new hires, and ensuring every sale agreement and meeting detail is accurate and on point. You will: Review and process sales agreements with precision and attention to detail Coordinate meetings, track performance metrics, and manage sales materials Support the Sales Director with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks Engage with applicants and new hires to ensure a welcoming, organized onboarding experience Troubleshoot and maintain sales technology systems Communicate across departments to keep projects and customer information on track What Were Looking For A positive, outgoing personality who enjoys working with people Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and follow-up abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong general computer skills 2 years of experience in sales coordination, administration, or a similar role High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework a plus!)
