Were growing fast and need a creative, data-minded pro to showcase our work and turn engagement into leads. What Youll Do Plan and run a monthly content calendar (56 posts/week on IG, FB, TikTok, YouTube). Capture and edit on-site photo/video: installs, before/after, feature highlights, team culture. Write captions, hooks, and CTAs; design simple graphics. Analyze performance(reach, watch time, CTR, saves, leads) and deliver monthly reports with insights and next steps. Test and optimize thumbnails, hooks, posting times, and formats. Maintain media library, file naming, releases/permissions, and brand standards. Support light website updates, email newsletters, and basic ad creative. Youre a Great Fit If You Have 1 years in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (strong portfolio can substitute for years). Proficiency with CapCut or Adobe Premiere, Lightroom/Photoshop, and Canva (or similar). Comfortable with analytics dashboards (native platform insights, Meta Business Suite; Google Analytics a plus). Strong eye for framing/lighting/audio and tight editing; clear, concise copy. Comfortable filming on outdoor job sites; valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Nice to Have:Drone experience, WordPress basics, simple paid social setup/optimization. Success Metrics (KPIs) Consistent 56 posts/week. MoM growth in reach, followers, and video watch time.
