Trainee Marketing Executive / Assistant Rugby (Houlton) - Must drive due to location £26,000 per year (Paid Weekly, £13.79 p/hr equivalent) Full Time, Monday - Friday (Early finish every Friday!) Long-term agency role with genuine progression opportunity. We are urgently hiring a Trainee Marketing Executive to support the Marketing Director at a busy electronics manufacturing company in Rugby. This is a hands-on, entry level role ideal for someone looking to start a serious marketing career. The Opportunity: Create, write and schedule content for social media and newsletters. Assist in designing and proofing marketing materials and brochures. Update and maintain the company website and CRM system (training provided). Organise logistics for trade shows and promotional events. Support product launch campaigns and photography coordination. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (NO EXCEPTIONS): You must hold a marketing qualification (A Level, BTEC, or Degree). A full UK Driving License is needed as there will be times where you need to drive to trade shows. Fluent in written / spoken English and very easy to get along with. You need to live local to Rugby (this is NOT Remote / Hybrid). What We Offer: £26,000 P/A paid weekly. Hands on training and mentorship from the Marketing Director.
