You'll be someone who loves helping people, is proactive, organised and thrives in a role that blends marketing creativity with exceptional customer service. About the Role If you enjoy variety in your day, from greeting clients, nurturing our strategic sales and retention processes and managing memberships to creating social media content and leading marketing campaigns then this is the right fit for you! You’ll play a key role in delivering five-star client experiences, supporting studio operations and growing our client community through engaging communications, marketing initiatives and solid sales. Your Key Responsibilities Be the friendly face (and voice!) of PFI - providing outstanding customer service in person, by phone/text and via email. Manage client memberships, bookings and payments with accuracy and care. Follow up leads and enquiries to help clients find the best membership or class for their goals. Create marketing campaigns, events and client communications that bring our community together. Create and schedule engaging content and ads across our social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) that is true to our brand. Support day-to-day studio operations and help keep everything running smoothly. What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or admin role, with a demonstrated ability to work towards KPI’s or targets (wellness or fitness industry a bonus!). Minimum Certificate IV in Marketing and Communications. Experience creating content for Facebook and Instagram, including organic posts and paid advertising. A friendly, clear communicator with great phone, in-person and email etiquette. Attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and confident in working with or learning new computer systems (experience with Momence is a plus!) Comfortable with sales conversations or the willingness to learn! Organised, reliable and able to manage competing priorities calmly. Availability to work 30 hours across four days per week, including at least two evenings. The benefits PFI fam-perks are many!
