Job Description

Key responsibilities: Front desk duties including greet and assist clients, answer and direct incoming phone calls and email enquiries Support sales agents with their campaigns, prepare listing proposals, weekly vendor reports General administrative duties e.g. marketing mailouts, collation of sales materials, draft newsletters and scheduling open homes Prepare and process Authorities to Act, contracts and new listings and process sales through to settlement Update and maintain shared calendars Database management Liaise with external marketing companies for social media content management Craft engaging marketing content with Canva About You: Previous realestate experience in reception or sales administrative role with familiarity of conveyancing procedures Exceptional written communication and interpersonal skills Well-presented with a warm and positive attitude Exercise initiative and effective communication to manage timelines and maintain momentum Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to multi-task Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite especially Word and Excel, REX and Canva (advantageous)
