Team Clinical Lead - Community Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol We are seeking a dynamic Clinical Team Leader to provide expert clinical leadership and governance within our Community Mental Health team. This role is responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health care across the lifespan, supporting consumers, their families, and carers. Reporting to the Team Manager, the Clinical Team Leader will guide and mentor the multidisciplinary team, providing clinical supervision, and fostering a collaborative and positive culture. The position also involves participating in quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation and supporting staff education and development. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced clinician with strong leadership skills to influence service excellence and team performance. Our ideal candidate will demonstrate: Relevant Tertiary Qualification with AHPRA registration OR eligibility to membership of the relevant disciplines Australian peak body (AASW, PACFA, ACA). High level clinical and consultancy skills and knowledge of contemporary mental health practice including successful post-graduation experience in the provision of mental health services. Understanding of the concept and principles of mental health rehabilitation and recovery Excellent interpersonal skills, and written communication skills including the ability to engage and collaborate with consumers, their families and carers and other service partners.
