Recruitment Consultant/Talent Acquisition Manchester (Hybrid) 6-Month Contract (Potential to Extend) Circa £40,000 per annum Are you a driven, people-focused recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-impact environment? We’re working with a global leader in the travel tech industry who is on a mission to make it easier for everyone to experience the world. They’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join their Manchester-based team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to extend. In this role, you’ll partner with hiring teams across the business to attract, engage, and secure exceptional talent, playing a key part in driving hiring success across both technical and non-technical functions. Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer, across multiple business areas. Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to deliver high-quality hires and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Source creatively, using social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to engage both active and passive candidates. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the company’s culture and values. Use data and insights to track progress, identify trends, and continuously improve sourcing effectiveness. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the company’s employer brand and culture within the talent market. Collaborate across teams, sharing insights and feedback to refine hiring strategies and meet business goals. What We’re Looking For Experience in high-volume recruitment or sourcing (in-house preferred), ideally within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results under tight deadlines. Experience hiring across technical (data, product) and non-technical (sales, marketing, operations) roles. A data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics and insights to optimise delivery. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. A collaborative, proactive approach, with a passion for achieving measurable results. Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
