Media insurance is a hugely buoyant and diverse space to be in right now if you are an established Account Executive. Streaming, innovative hybrid live events, huge investment in the UK film space and influencer led content have meant traditional P&C based insurance cover in media is evolving to meet this innovation to cross into cyber, D&O, IP and technology failure. This major regional broking group already has significant clientele in the media market, and this thriving book is seeing major growth and diversity in line with the evolution in this market. To meet this demand, they have an opportunity for you to join this specialist Media Insurance team where you’ll come into a service-led role, supporting the ongoing service and renewal of an existing book of clients whilst benefiting from an established introducer network that feeds the new business funnel with quality referred business via trusted contacts. Here you’ll work from the firm’s South East offices on a hybrid basis, reporting to a seasoned pro in the media space and supported by a team of skilled, dedicated Account Handlers who manage all aspects of the administrative and broking process. The culture here is all about service, creative solutions, and creating a platform for the team to have clear milestones for personal development. Its not a faceless global operation or a quick-fire produce-or-die environment seen with some regional broking houses. Its this culture that’s been testament to them promoting over 30 people in 2025 so far and most of the Account Directors and leadership team coming through their internal development programme. You’ll need a background in commercial insurance broking for this one, and naturally, if you have experience operating within the media industry as an insurance professional already, it’s a major plus.
