Building Surveyor Location: Manchester (hybrid with site visits) Type: Permanent We’re looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to lead and deliver a range of construction and property projects. You’ll manage surveys, provide technical advice, and act as the main client contact while supporting and mentoring junior staff. Key Responsibilities Carry out building surveys and technical reports. Act as Contract Administrator/Employer’s Agent. Advise clients on design, maintenance, legal, and sustainability issues. Deliver services including PPMs, Dilapidations, and Party Wall matters. Manage multiple projects and ensure compliance with building regulations. Support and develop Building Surveyors and Graduates. About You Degree qualified in Building Surveying (MRICS or working towards). Strong technical and client-facing skills. Confident managing diverse projects and teams.
