Sales Coordinator

Aout the Role My client is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven Sales Coordinator to join their fast-growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the sales operations and ensuring outstanding client experiences from enquiry to delivery. In this role, you will work closely with our Founder and collaborate across the wider team, managing the end-to-end sales process — from product sourcing and quotations to fulfilment and invoicing. Role Responsibilities Sales & Project Coordination Source products from international suppliers and obtain cost pricing Calculate mark-ups and produce accurate client quotations Raise purchase orders and oversee smooth order processing Coordinate with suppliers and couriers to ensure timely deliveries Provide support to the Sales Director, Sales Manager, and Production Manager Client & Team Support Deliver first-class customer service and build strong client relationships Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and expectations Ensure all orders are processed accurately and efficiently Maintain a professional and responsive approach at all times Marketing & Administration Assist with email campaigns, newsletters, and social media activities Support blog content and database organisation Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring accurate contact information About You Exceptionally organised and detail-focused Strong communicator who enjoys working with people Confident working in a fast-paced environment Proactive, collaborative, and eager to support business growth Why Join ?
