Goodwins- Deal, Kent- CT14 9JR Wake Night Support Worker- Male 44 hours per Week £12.71 per hour About the Role : We are seeking a dedicated Male Wake Night Support Worker to join our team. You will provide overnight care and support to adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity throughout the night. This role involves working flexibly on a rota, including weekends and bank holidays, to meet the needs of our service users. What We’re Looking For: Male applicants only (Genuine Occupational Requirement under the Equality Act 2010).Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards one).Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, or mental health needs (desirable – full training provided).Reliability, compassion, and resilience.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
