As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will: Conduct specialist assessments of communication, both informal and formal. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to formulate and deliver interventions. Develop and implement autism assessment and intervention pathways. Mentor parents, teaching staff, and other carers in communication skill-building. Contribute to the development of communication training programmes and resources. Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for students and less experienced staff. Engage in practice development, evaluation, and research activities.
