Contract: End of master internship Duration: 6-month Start date: January 2026 Place of work: Aterim, 3 Rue Dieudonné Costes, 31700 Blagnac, France Gratification: 4.35 € per hour Role Description Under the supervision of Business Managers, the Business Management Intern will actively participate in business development activities supporting customers in various industries. The role is characterised by three main areas of action: 1. Business Development and Sales Operations: Assess, benchmark and establish customer contacts Develop a portfolio of strategic customers and prospects Support the negotiation of commercial and contractual conditions Develop strong customer relationships by implementing contracts Implement dynamic & lasting customer relationships with continuous follow-ups 2. People Operations: Participate in the sourcing & selection of candidates and new hires Engage with team of technical consultants Act as focal point for the team of technical consultants assigned to the Business Unit 3. Financials Operations: Build business plans (Long term plans, Budget, Forecast) Follow business parameters such as revenue, operating margin, cash collection Monitor profit & loss account for the Business Unit Profile We're looking for a candidate with a strong business aptitude. Good listener and communicator, convincing and pro-active, autonomous personality who can manage their own priorities, team player keeping a focus on the company’s interests, good with initiative and motivation to reach planned & ambitious goals.
