This is an excellent opportunity for a law student to gain hands-on experience in corporate, labor, and compliance matters within a dynamic and fast-growing international company. Your responsibilities Assist in reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and business documents. Support the preparation of legal documents, filings, and reports. Conduct legal research on labor, corporate, and regulatory topics. Help monitor compliance with local laws, internal policies, and deadlines. Liaise with external law firms, government entities, and notary offices when needed. Provide general administrative and legal support to the Legal department. Requirement for the position Subbmit your CV in English please Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Law (3rd year or above). Basic knowledge of Brazilian labor and corporate law. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information. Good communication skills in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit. Fluency in English and Spanish required; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) is a plus.
