Job Description

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant to help us grow our cross-border law firm. We’re a US–Mexico cross-border law firm that helps clients invest, expand, and do business across borders. As we grow, we’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual professional to join our leadership team and help run the administrative side of the firm. This is a strategic and operational role perfect for someone who loves making things run smoothly, thrives on structure and systems, and enjoys wearing multiple hats. In this role, you will: ✅ Manage day-to-day firm operations (calendar, workflows, client onboarding) ✅ Track deadlines, deliverables, and firm-wide priorities ✅ Support business development and client relationship management ✅ Coordinate social media and internal communications ✅ Support both Partners in project management and administrative tasks ✅ Help implement tech tools and operational processes to scale We’re looking for: Bilingual (English Spanish) Strong background in project management, operations, or executive support Excellent organization and communication skills Tech-savvy: comfortable with CRMs, automation tools, and cloud systems A proactive, “get it done” mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities Experienced — minimum 3 years in executive support, operations, or project management (law firm or professional services experience strongly preferred) Remote: open to candidates based anywhere in Mexico.
