We are driven by data, speed, and customer experience. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Analyst to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience in the business lending and fintech space. The Junior Analyst will support our sales, underwriting, and operations teams by providing data insights, identifying trends, and helping improve internal decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in collecting and analyzing data related to merchant cash advances (MCAs), ISOs, and funder activity Track application volumes, approval rates, and funding performance across various channels Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal teams Identify data discrepancies and work with operations to resolve them Support underwriting and sales by analyzing deal performance and customer behavior Maintain CRM and platform data integrity Assist in building dashboards and data visualizations for leadership Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field Strong analytical and quantitative skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel Strong communication and presentation skills Self-starter with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks What We Offer: Opportunity to learn and grow in a high-performance fintech environment Hands-on mentorship from industry professionals Competitive compensation and growth opportunities
