Job Description

Supervise and coordinate recruitment and selection processes for administrative and operational personnel, ensuring the attraction of qualified talent, efficiency in hiring times, and compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and applicable labor laws. This contributes to strengthening the employer brand and talent retention through effective and culturally aligned selection practices. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES LATAM Recruitment (Exempt employees): - Attraction and selection processes across LATAM locations (Mexicali, Cartago, Cd Juarez). - Collaborate with regional leaders to define recruitment strategies. - Coordinate attraction campaigns, job fairs, and university partnerships. - Manage recruitment KPIs and propose continuous improvement actions. Operational Recruitment (Juarez site): - Supervise local operational recruitment: postings, interviews, and hiring. - Coordinate recruiters to meet required headcount. - Implement attraction and retention strategies for production staff. - Ensure compliance with quality, labor, and regulatory standards. Develop talent attraction strategies for operational, technical, administrative, and professional positions, and coordinate weekly and monthly hiring plans with internal departments and stakeholders. Lead and develop the recruitment team by setting goals, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill. Interviews, assessments, and candidate validations, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. Partner closely with department managers and supervisors to understand job profiles and business needs. Responsible for ensuring job descriptions exist and are up to date. Ensure compliance with labor regulations, corporate policies, and audit requirements. Promote employer branding initiatives, job fairs, social media strategies, and employee referral programs. Develop trainee’s program, stablishing agreements with Universities. Lead employee value proposition and engagement initiatives and events. Ability to work alongside the leadership team/ managers and align communication and expectations. Strong experience building multi-faceted sourcing strategies Experience with/managing standard recruitment metrics Experience with HRIS systems – CRM, ATS, HCM Escalation management experience Exceptional communication and presentation experience HR Operations experience – process, technology, communication, etc. The above statements are intended to describe the nature of work performed by those in this job and are not an exhaustive list of all duties. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, 3 in recruitment within the manufacturing industry, covering both operational and administrative positions. Knowledge: Interviewing techniques, project management and process documentation Native Spanish. Professional/ advanced English (required) Skills Leadership, effective communication, results orientation, analytical thinking, internal customer focus.
