About the role You are a talented candidate for a Junior HR Business Partner role, managing the commercial functions of Region Italy: Marketing & Trade Marketing, Commercial Supply Chain, Marketing services. You will collaborate closely with HR Centers of Expertise and Line Managers to deliver impactful solutions across the full employee lifecycle. Main Tasks In this role, you’ll play a key part in leading and supporting essential HR processes that shape the employee experience and organizational success. These include workforce planning, budgeting, performance management, reward, and development—each contributing to a thriving and equitable workplace. You’ll serve as a trusted partner to line managers, guiding them through the complexities of team leadership and supporting them during pivotal moments in the employee journey. Whether it’s onboarding, career growth, or transitions, your insights will help foster a positive and inclusive environment. With a strong attention to detail, you’ll take ownership of HR administrative activities, ensuring they are handled with care, accuracy, and respect for all individuals involved. Beyond day‑to‑day operations, you’ll also contribute to cross‑functional HR initiatives that influence our culture and help shape the future of our organization. Your fresh perspective and commitment to continuous improvement will be key in enhancing how we work and collaborate. You’ll work closely with specialists across Recruiting, Training & Development, Reward & Compensation, HR Administration, and Health & Safety—building strong partnerships and learning from diverse areas of expertise to deliver impactful results. Who we are looking for Graduate in Business, Economics, or Humanities (min. 100/110) 3/5 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast‑paced or matrix environment Strong command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and analytical thinking Proactive, resilient, and discreet – even under pressure Excellent communication and project management skills Fluent in Italian and English Open to international mobility and eager to grow How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero Consumers, quality and care are at the heart of everything we do.
