The Job: As the EHS Specialist, you’ll be part of our Gemonio team working as an on-site employee. You’ll ensure site compliance with environmental and safety regulations, including obtaining and maintaining necessary certifications. Your role will focus on minimizing health, safety, and environmental risks through thorough risk assessments, ongoing surveillance, and the implementation of improvement actions. You will coordinate and deliver staff training on EHS procedures and prevention programs in collaboration with HR and the EHS Manager, while also monitoring and reporting EHS performance, organizing audits, and conducting internal inspections to verify compliance. Additionally, you will uphold the Company’s Social Responsibility principles and proactively address any non-compliance issues. Knowledge of Italian environmental and safety regulations, especially Legislative Decree 81/08. Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
