Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Cath Lab Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 12/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab Job Details: • Work 10-hour day shifts with 4/10 hour shifts variable schedule • 40 hours per week guaranteed • 13-week contract from 12/01/25 to 02/28/26 • Overnight and weekend call coverage required on rotating basis • Work with patient population ranging from neonates to adults in congenital cardiac care • Proficiency required in PCI, Impella, IABP, Interventional Cardiology, and Heart Failure patient management • Experience with temporary pacers and structural procedures such as Watchman preferred • Must be proficient in using Philips Xper documentation system • Prior Epic EMR experience within the last year required • RCIS or ARRT certification required at time of submission • Minimum 2 years of cardiovascular technology or cath lab experience required • Previous travel experience required • BLS certification required • Peripheral experience preferred • Florida state license required if ARRT certified • Hospital-issued scrubs provided • Subject to unit manager interviews • Maximum 8 RTO days allowed for 13-week contract • No RTO permitted during first 2 weeks of assignment Facility: This major academic medical center operates both pediatric and adult cardiac catheterization laboratories, providing comprehensive cardiovascular care for patients across all age groups from neonates to adults.
