Travel Nursing Job Details Location: Columbus, OH 43210 (Ohio healthcare jobs) Assignment Length: 13-16 weeks Start Date: December 1, 2025 End Date: March 23, 2026 Healthcare Setting: Comprehensive Cancer Center, Acute Care Oncology Float Pool Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM); day/night rotating schedule available Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1940 - $1990 Employment Type: Travel RN assignment Self-Scheduling: Flexible scheduling options available Orientation: One week (Mon-Fri dayshift); five shifts of bedside orientation Registered Nurse Qualifications Active RN license (compact or Ohio state license required at submission) Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg or higher-level RN experience Travel nursing experience required Oncology nursing experience preferred EPIC charting experience required Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program Certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association) Two professional references (one from a nurse manager, director, or formal leader) Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions considered) Med/Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Float between Med/Surg Oncology units: BMT, Acute Leukemia, Hematology, Medical Oncology, Gynecological Oncology, Urology, Colorectal, Surgical Oncology, and Corrections Healthcare Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on infection prevention and patient safety Maintain patient ratios of 1:4 (up to 1:5) Utilize EPIC for clinical documentation and charting Perform specialized nursing procedures: central line care, blood product administration, chemotherapy monitoring, telemetry, and more Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams: IV Team, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Social Services Participate in self-scheduling and adapt to variable weekend and holiday coverage Ensure compliance with all credentialing requirements, including timely Ohio fingerprinting Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team in Columbus, Ohio, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
