Senior Account Manager

You will be knowledgeable and have proven experience ofadvising clients on office solutions.Inaddition, you will have a proactive nature, have exceptional communication skills and the ability to build excellentrelationships with customers. Additions to our existing Managed Print product portfolio include Document Management, Scanning Solutions, Outbound & Inbound Mail and Software-driven telecoms products. These new product offerings complement our highly successful Solution-led MPS proposition and will provide further revenue opportunities for the ideal candidate. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, develop, and grow an existing client base by identifying requirements, whilst actively seeking other opportunities into our cross-sell propositions> Increase volume and profitability across the board. Actively target the largest potential customers within your territory (Major Market/Corporate /Public Sector ), bringing to the table all relevant tender information. Identify potential new SME clients and business opportunities Ensure that the CRM is updated regularly with information relating to new and/or existing business Meet performance targets set (KPI) by ensuring your client portfolio generates satisfactory returns Be actively aware of all market and competitor activity Engage with client base regularly, assessing their business needs Keep up to date with new equipment and software ensuring a good understanding of the product suite Skills & Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the managed print space or providing solution-based products from a similar industry would be advantageous Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills Excellent communication skills Time Management skills Presentation Skills Team Player Experience using Microsoft Dynamics CRM an advantage, but not essential Driving License Excellent levels of spoken and written English The ability to communicate and interpret issues Excellent attention to detail Benefits 23 days holiday rising to 28, plus bank holidays CSR volunteer day per holiday year Referral bonuses Healthcare Cash-plan Life Assurance Voucher and discount hub Cycle to work scheme Comprehensive EAP scheme Hybrid working arrangements If you like the sound of this role and feel you have all the relevant skills, we would love to hear from you!
