This is an excellent opportunity to join a Leeds based leading private healthcare provider who are a independent healthcare provider offering a wide range of medical, diagnostic, and specialist outpatient services to both NHS and private patients. Job Title: Consultant Engagement & Private Services Manager Reports To: Head of Marketing Location: Leeds - Onsite Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Consultant Engagement & Private Services Manager who will take the lead in managing commercial relationships with consultants who have practicing privileges, whilst leading the private services team to deliver an exceptional patient experience. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Consultant Engagement & Private Services Manager will leverage their blend of clinical and business development expertise to identify and drive new revenues and support our ambitious growth plans. Main Duties and Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, deep, professional relationships with consultants working privately and drive new opportunities whilst being the conduit to address any challenges. Lead and mentor the private services team to deliver exceptional service standards. Own the patient journey from enquiry through to discharge and beyond, and continuously review and refine processes to enhance patient journeys and operational effectiveness. Identify and address training needs to better equip the team and wider business to provide an exceptional patient experience. Identify and support the onboarding of new consultants to support existing and new services. Develop retention and engagement strategies to ensure consultant satisfaction and commitment. Ensure new and existing consultants are actively promoting the organisation across multiple digital platforms e.g. Bupa Finder, LinkedIn, Doctify. Seek, analyse and share market intelligence through consultant relationships and desk research. Lead on a regular programme of consultant communications and events. Create a strong relationship across the internal clinical team to ensure alignment and provide early insight on anticipated changes. Establish clear performance metrics around responsiveness, conversion efficiency and patient experience and to track consultant revenues. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to amplify consultant visibility and deliver initiatives to drive new private patient enquiries e.g. social media content, local events. Work collaboratively with peers to maintain high levels of accuracy, data integrity and confidentiality. Skills and Experience Previous experience of managing consultant relationships and leading a customer service or bookings team within a healthcare or a related environment. Strong leadership and people development skills, with a track record of improving capability and performance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. Exposure to commercial or service development initiatives within a healthcare setting. Highly collaborative and an excellent communicator. Encourage a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and commercial awareness. Exceptional planner who is highly organised and has a real eye for detail. Can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience of using CRM and MS Office.
