Job Overview Position: Manufacturing Engineer (Engenheiro de Manufatura) at Caterpillar Inc. Manufacturing – Full-time – Engineering and Information Technology – Construction and Machinery Manufacturing. Seniority level: Not Applicable. Responsibilities Support technical requirements in development of industrial device projects for component manufacturing, assembly and testing of Caterpillar products. Transform design and manufacturing requirements into industrial device projects. Provide support to internal customers, including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality and Operations. Analyze project costs and capacity. Ensure compliance with applicable manufacturing guidelines, safety standards and environmental requirements. Qualifications Graduate degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical. Advanced level English. Experience developing industrial device projects (mechanical, with electrical and hydraulic drives). Knowledge of Office 365 tools. Experience with 2D/3D modeling software (CREO, NX). Preferred Qualifications Post‑graduation in Business Management or Projects. Proficiency in modeling tools (CREO, NX). Experience with 3D printing. Knowledge in industrial automation implementation. Advanced knowledge of machine element specification. Minimum 4 years experience in industrial production processes. Active CREA registration. Location and Working Conditions Position requires in‑person work five days per week.
