Minimum Requirements We require a seasoned executive with the following qualifications: Education: Grade 12 , and a Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering or Technology (required). Experience: 10 years in Senior Leadership , ideally within technology, security, or high-growth B2B environments. Expertise: Deep knowledge of technology, electronics, surveillance, and remote monitoring . Track Record: Proven ability to manage sales growth, strategic planning, and client relations . Key Performance Areas Your leadership will focus on these critical areas: 1. Strategic Growth & Vision Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy aligned with technology and client trends. Set clear KPIs and drive performance against revenue, innovation, and service delivery goals . 2. Client Engagement & Business Development Lead the B2B sales strategy , including direct engagement with high-profile clients.
