Internship with Insurance Company

Creative Financial Staffing is partnered with an insurance company seeking an intern. This role will be supporting the Human Resources department and consist of part-time hours to fit within a class schedule or other work. About the Company Seeking an Intern: Our client, established nearly 30 years ago, is a stable but growing insurance company Has been on "Best Place to Work" lists organized by multiple organizations over the last 10 years This is consistent with their close knit corporate culture, the growth and development of their staff, the benefits that they provide, and their focus on work/life balance Supporting the Human Resources Department, the Intern will: Assist with an I-9 audit Confirm HRIS matches current employee data Work in conjunction with the HR Manager on compliance reports Other ad hoc projects Background Expected: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field in progress, or 2 years of experience in an HR role Hybrid work can be available for the right candidate Hourly rate: Range from $15-18/hr depending on any previous experience ZRCFS
