Events Executive Leeds £30,000 - £33,000 Are you a natural organiser with a flair for creating memorable experiences? Join a fast-paced marketing team as an Events Executive, where you'll help shape and deliver a vibrant calendar of B2B events across the North. What you’ll be doing: Delivering standout events across multiple UK locations including breakfast events, dinners, Awards and webinars Coordinating venues, catering, AV, travel, and accommodation Managing invites, RSVPs, and feedback through CRM systems Promoting events via social media, newsletters, and partner channels Preparing branded materials and presentations Tracking budgets and supplier invoices What you’ll bring: Proven experience in B2B event coordination (ideally in professional services) They deliver over 160 Events annually so you'll need to be able work in a fast paced environment managing multiple projects Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Tech-savvy with CRM, webinar platforms, and MS Office A proactive mindset and eye for detail Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings A driving license and access to a vehicle What's in it for you Enhanced pension scheme Generous annual leave with buy/sell options Life assurance and wellbeing support Hybrid working (min. 2 days/week in office) Flexible benefits tailored to your lifestyle
