Business Liaison Officer - Street Services

Sunderland BID is seeking a proactive and community-focused Business Liaison Officer – Street Services to lead initiatives that enhance the appearance, safety, and overall environment of our BID areas – from the city centre to the seafront. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Services, you will manage the Street Ranger team and volunteers, working with key partners such as the police, fire services, local authorities, and levy-paying businesses to improve cleanliness, reduce crime, and foster civic pride. You will also take an active role in the Shopwatch and Pub Watch schemes and collaborate with Sunderland City Council and Northumbria Police on targeted safety campaigns.
