Marketing & Content Intern (Dinners Vertical) Location: London (Hybrid) Type: 6-Month Internship Salary: £24K Every week, Thursday moves thousands of people to real-world events, venues and trips. Now we’re expanding our world with Thursday Dinners, a new arm of the brand built around connection, food and great company. We’re looking for a marketing and content intern who lives and breathes content. Someone who can take a creative idea and turn it into high-impact visuals or short-form video that makes people stop scrolling and start signing up. This role leans heavily into content creation , UGC-style video , and static design for paid and organic campaigns, all focused on growing awareness and sign-ups for Thursday Dinners. What You’ll Do Design and deliver a constant flow of high-quality static and video assets for paid ads, social and email Manage the end-to-end process of content creation, from idea to execution Source and brief local creators to capture authentic video content at Dinners across the UK Edit and optimise UGC clips into high-performing paid assets (understanding what converts) Work closely with our design and growth teams to test, iterate and learn from performance data Keep our visuals consistent with the Thursday brand tone, confident, real, and fun What We’re Looking For Strong visual instinct and attention to detail A creative thinker who can move fast and deliver under pressure Solid understanding of what makes a high-converting ad Skilled in Canva , Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator/Premiere Pro) and/or CapCut Confident editing short-form video for TikTok, Instagram and paid media Bonus: experience working with or briefing creators What You’ll Get Real ownership of creative projects seen by thousands every week Hands-on experience inside one of the UK’s fastest-growing IRL brand Exposure to growth marketing, paid media, and creative strategy Potential to grow into a permanent design or content role
